Dorka Sármán, born in 1992 in Budapest (Hungary), studied landscape architecture at Corvinus University of Budapest and Szent István University. While attending university she was working in the private sector, planning and constructing family house gardens for five years. The topic of her master’s thesis was the rehabilitation of a housing estate in the III. district of Budapest, built in the socialist era in the ’80ies, which is a very relevant topic these days in Hungary.
